Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 3 business days in original condition. 
• Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges. 
• If items are damaged during shipping process, please let us know within 24 hours via phone: 310-540-3500 or e-mail: violet@backinactiontorrance.com.  
• Returned items will be refunded less shipping charges and 10% restocking fee. (Please call for a Return Authorization number)

• Items will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment clears.
• We ship via UPS Ground.  If speedy delivery needed please contact us at 310-540-3500.  Additional charges will apply.
